The deliciously fragrant flowers and leaves on this chamomile plant have a sweet apple flavor and make a relaxing tea that is ideal at bedtime.

Chamomile Tea

Immediately after harvest, allow the blossoms to fully dry indoors where they will be warm and out of direct sunlight. When dry, place in a glass jar with a lid for up to one year. To prepare tea, pour 8 oz. of boiling water over 2 tbsp. of dried chamomile blossoms. Allow the blossoms to steep for 5 minutes, and then strain the tea into a cup. Add honey and a slice of lemon.
