This squash plant is an oblong seed-bearing variety of Winter squash that can range from ivory to yellow and orange in color. When cooked, the flesh falls away from the fruit in ribbons or strands, like spaghetti.
Cultivate or mulch to control weeds. Fertilize when fruit forms to increase yield.
Quick & Easy Flavor
The fruit's interior is ready for serving like spaghetti 100 days after planting. Can be baked, boiled, steamed, and/or microwaved. Delicious served with or without sauce and a great substitute for pasta.
